These terms cover the website only. The terms of any works we carry out for you live in the contract for those works, and nothing written here alters them.

Who publishes this site

Two domains, one company

namahconstruction.eco and namahconstruction.ae are the same company — Namah Construction LLC, Dubai. This site leads with the sustainability model; the other leads with the construction scopes.

What this site is not

Everything here is descriptive. Scopes, method and standards are written to tell you how we work; none of it is an offer, a quotation, a tender submission or a warranty, and none of it is capable of acceptance. A price binds us only in a signed document that names your project.

The sustainability language on this site describes practice, not accreditation. Not a certification, not a government rating, never a substitute for the work itself.

No project imagery, client names or case studies appear on this site. Read the absence as it is meant: there is nothing here to mistake for a portfolio, and no image on this site depicts work we are claiming as ours.

Enquiries

Sending a brief starts a conversation and nothing more. It creates no contract, reserves no capacity and obliges neither side. Send only information you are free to share — do not put anything confidential, privileged or belonging to a third party into the form.

Content and marks

The text, drawings, photography, typographic system and the NAMAH name and mark on this site belong to Namah Construction LLC. Quote a passage with attribution and a link if it is useful to you. Do not republish the site wholesale, and do not use the mark in a way that suggests we endorse or are responsible for something we are not.

Availability and links

We keep this site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change any page without notice. Where a page links off this domain, the destination is somebody else’s responsibility, not ours. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site itself rather than on a signed contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
