The work

Nothing to show yet.Everything to check.

This page lists no completed projects, because NAMAH is a new company and publishes a claim only when there is a scope behind it with a name on it — and permission to print it. What it sets out instead is what a NAMAH project is: who it is run for, how it runs, and exactly what the owner holds at the end.

No project imagery, client names or case studies appear on this site.

01 · WHY THIS PAGE IS EMPTY

Why this page is empty, and what that is worth.

No project imagery, client names or case studies appear on this site.

Most construction sites fill this page first, because a gallery is the easiest page on a site to make persuasive. NAMAH has not built one, because everything in it would be either borrowed — stock photography of somebody else's building — or premature: a project shown before the client who paid for it has agreed to it. Neither is worth the credibility it would cost.

Publishing nothing here removes the easiest page on this site to make persuasive. It is staying removed until there is a name behind it and a signature that says it can be shown.

02 · WHO WE BUILD FOR

Five seats. One inbox.

The kinds of project NAMAH is asked for, in the words the client actually uses.

  1. Sustainability your investors can audit.

    Developers & asset owners

A whole-life-cost brief, reviewed against the six principles before a specification is fixed — so the answer to an investor's question is a document, not a promise.
  2. A specialist package that slots into your programme.

    Main contractors

Industrial, civil, fit-out or flooring scopes delivered as a bounded package under your sequencing, your reporting cadence, your close-out.
  3. Defined scopes. Auditable records.

    Government clients

Compliance documentation, testing evidence and material records collected as the work proceeds, not reconstructed at the end for a submission.
  4. Your floor, your downtime, your operating cost.

    Industrial owners

Works planned around a live facility — sequencing, protection and waste control engineered so the scope does not become the disruption.
  5. A home, run like a project.

    Private villa clients

The same specification and procurement discipline as an industrial scope, applied to a single home — including Vastu-informed layout coordination where it is requested.

Not one of these five? Send the scope anyway — it is not a filter.

03 · WHAT A PROJECT LOOKS LIKE FROM THE INSIDE

How it runs, told once, with no names attached.

  1. The scope is defined before mobilisation.

Drawings, specification and quantities are agreed and bounded before a team is put on site — not adjusted into shape after work has started.

  2. Materials and suppliers are reviewed against the six principles.

Performance, health, origin, durability and environmental information are weighed before a material is chosen, and the supplier behind it is checked the same way.

  3. Sequencing, waste control and site reporting run for as long as the works do.

Coordination, storage and logistics are engineered for first-time-right quality; what leaves the site is tracked while it happens, not tallied afterwards.

  4. Testing, commissioning and the record close it out.

The specification is checked against what was actually built, and the paperwork that proves it is assembled last — from what happened, not from what was planned.

04 · WHAT IS PROCURABLE TODAY

Six packages you can award now.

A portfolio is a list of things somebody already bought. Here is the list of things that can be bought — defined, bounded and priceable.

01

Industrial & warehouse works

Floor repair and refurbishment, coatings, drainage and structural remediation.

05 · WHAT YOU WOULD HOLD

The deliverable a project leaves behind.

In place of photographs of somebody else's building, here is the document set that would be yours at the end of your own.

01Material records
What was approved, from which supplier, against which specification.
02Low-VOC documentation, where specified
The product data for the low-emission items the brief supported. Where no low-emission option was specified, there is nothing here and nothing implied.
03Waste-management records
What left the site, in what quantity, and where it was taken.
04Energy & water specifications
The specified performance of what was installed, stated as specification, never as a measured saving.
05Product certificates
The manufacturers' certificates for the products installed on your scope, passed to you. These are the products' certificates. They are not NAMAH's.
06Site photographic record
Progress and close-out photography of your works, handed to you. It is not published, and it does not appear on this site.
07Testing & commissioning evidence
The tests the specification called for, with results, dates and who witnessed them.
08Compliance documents relevant to the scope
The submissions, approvals and inspection records the scope generated, collected in one place instead of across four inboxes.

Not a certification, not a government rating, never a substitute for the work itself.

06 · HOW TO CHECK US ANYWAY

You do not have to believe any of this.

Ask three questions instead.

  1. Ask for the programme visibility before you award the package.

If it cannot be shown before the award, it will not appear once the award is made.
  2. Ask how procurement was reviewed, and when.

A material chosen against the six principles has a paper trail. A material chosen on price alone does not.
  3. Ask for the handover record, and who assembles it.

If nobody can name who compiles it, nobody is compiling it.

Award something bounded. Then check.

07 · THE EXPERIENCE THAT DOES EXIST

The company is new. The people are not.

Years in civil construction

35+

Square feet of infrastructure delivered

100m+

Countries worked in

These figures belong to the three people who run NAMAH, not to NAMAH. We attribute a career the same way we attribute a material — to the name it came from.

Bring a scope small enough to test us on.

The whole model above either shows up on your site or it does not, and a small scope is the cheapest way to find out which.

No completed projects are shown here yet — so bring a scope small enough to test us on, and check.

When there is work to show, and permission to show it, it will appear here with a name against it.
