What this site knows about you.

Short, because there is little to say. This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics and calls no third-party service. Information submitted is used only to respond to the enquiry.

Who is responsible

What the enquiry form collects

The brief form on the contact page asks for nine things: your name, your email address, your company or role, the project type, the location of the works, a description of the scope, an expected start window, up to three priorities, and anything else you want to add. Only the name, email, project type, location and scope are required. Nothing is asked for that is not needed to answer you.

The form posts to this site’s own server. The server validates the fields and returns the composed brief to your browser. No email transport is connected yet, so the brief is not forwarded anywhere automatically and is not written to a database — the page hands it back to you and you send it yourself, from your own mail client, to the address above. That is why the form never shows you a “sent” screen it cannot stand behind.

Once your message reaches that mailbox it is handled like any other business correspondence: read by the three people who run NAMAH, used to reply and to price the works, and kept only while that enquiry is live or while a contract arising from it is running.

Automated checks

The form carries a hidden field no person can see and a timestamp issued when the page loads. A submission that fills the hidden field, or that arrives faster than a person could type, is rejected. Neither check profiles you, follows you, or leaves anything on your device.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

None. This site stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no session identifiers. There is no analytics product, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no embedded social media. Typefaces are served from this site’s own server rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else. The only outbound link that leaves this domain is the single cross-link to namahconstruction.ae in the footer.

Server logs

The web server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser’s user agent string. They exist to run and secure the machine, they are not joined to enquiry data, and they are not used to build a profile of anyone.

Your requests

Write to hello@namahconstruction.eco to ask what correspondence we hold from you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will do it and tell you plainly that it is done. This site is operated from Dubai and these commitments are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
